In Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, Arena Consultants undertook the design and development of a 9,100 sq. ft. facility for a chemical manufacturer. The project focused on creating a space that meets the stringent demands of chemical production and research, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. Each lab and workspace was meticulously planned to support various chemical processes, with specialized areas tailored to specific functions.
Lab Architecture and Interior Design
The facility includes advanced laboratories designed for synthesis, analysis, and microbiological research, each equipped with state-of-the-art tools and layouts that promote seamless workflows. Dedicated rooms such as the AVT Instrument Room and Equipment Room were designed to house sensitive instruments securely, providing both isolation and easy access for maintenance. Additionally, a secure Chemical Storage Room was integrated, meeting all safety protocols for the handling and storage of hazardous materials.
Lab Office Architecture and Interior Design
Complementing the laboratory spaces, the project also encompassed the design of associated office areas. These spaces include functional workstations, executive cabins, and a modern conference room equipped with audiovisual capabilities, creating an environment that supports both focused individual work and collaborative team efforts.
