A Green field project, comprising of basement+ground+four storeys. Scope includes architecture and interiors both inclusive of entire engineering design and landscaping. A very interesting project. The plot is narrow so it has lot of challenges for space planning.

This built-to-suit facility will house various types of testing labs-chemical, analytical, packaging, micro-lab and molecular biology lab which will cater to all types of industries-food, water-waste water, air, soil-sludge, environment and pharma. The micro lab has to be designed as per USFDA norms. It will also support training facility and the open spaces surrounding the building will be used as break-out and interactive spaces.
