Greenfield Research Park, Hyderabad

This project features Research buildings that are designed for large R&D centres for MNCs or CROs. The research park is provided with all amenities such as centralised chemical and solvent storage buildings, centralised ETP and STP, transformer, electrical panel building etc.

Lab Architecture and Interior Design

The entry to the front end buildings is from a large atrium. Once inside the atrium the vertical movement is through a 4.5 m wide staircase flanked by escalators on either. Each building is approximately 100000 sft and there are 5 such buildings. The atrium has collaborative spaces with a snacks and beverages counter. Conference rooms, meeting rooms and huddle rooms form another shared amenity. The design is meant to encourage collaboration and cross pollination of the various activities and of the research that will take place in the building. Each floor has dedicated spaces for services. The terrace design has the bearing for all mechanical and exhaust systems.
