A Greenfield project, comprising of ground+two storeys. This facility has been designed keeping FLEXIBILITY as a key aspect and can cater to various industry sectors such as life sciences, medical devices, chemical, bio-pharma, CRO, R&D, food processing, agro-tech etc. Lab spaces are planned as 5000 sq. ft modules and in multiples of thereof. The premises are self-sufficient in terms of lab support areas- centralised ETP, STP, a central chemical store and solvent store buildings are planned adhering to PESO guidelines.
