In 2022, Arena Consultants was entrusted with designing an 8,000 sq. ft. chemical laboratory facility in Ambernath, Thane. The project was completed within three months, focusing on creating a highly functional and safe environment for chemical research. The facility includes specialized labs such as the Synthesis Lab, Application and Analytical Lab, and Microbiology Lab, each designed with advanced equipment and layouts that ensure efficient workflows and contamination-free operations.

We also developed essential spaces like the AVT Instrument Room, Equipment Room, and Stability Chamber Room, tailored to meet specific research needs. The AVT Instrument Room and Equipment Room were designed to accommodate sensitive instruments and ensure easy access, while the Stability Chamber Room was equipped for controlled environmental testing. A secure Chemical Storage Room was also integrated, adhering to all safety regulations for hazardous material storage.

Adjacent to the lab, the corporate section of the facility includes spacious workstations, elegantly designed conference rooms, and communal areas that encourage collaboration and creativity among team members. Each element of the design was thoughtfully planned to reflect the company’s brand and ethos, creating a cohesive and inspiring workspace.
