Arena Consultants was entrusted with the complete interior design for a greenfield R&D facility spanning 40,000 sq. ft. across three floors in Indore. This ambitious project involved creating an integrated environment that combines advanced laboratory infrastructure with dynamic office spaces, enabling seamless collaboration between research and administration teams. The design aimed to support the client’s innovation-driven operations with a future-ready setup tailored for both performance and comfort.
Lab Architecture and Interior Design
The laboratory floors were meticulously planned to meet stringent research and safety standards. Spaces such as the Analytical Lab were equipped with high-quality fume hoods, customized laboratory furniture, chemical-resistant pegboards, emergency eyewash stations, and spot extractors. The layout facilitated smooth movement and operational efficiency, while the HVAC systems ensured optimal ventilation and containment. Every design element—from materials to zoning—was selected to promote precision, compliance, and user safety.
Lab Office Architecture and Interior Design
The office interiors were designed to reflect a modern, collaborative work culture. With spacious workstations, an MD cabin, conference and meeting rooms, and a welcoming pantry area, the workspace fosters both focus and interaction. A dedicated gaming zone was included to promote employee engagement and relaxation. Blending functionality with contemporary aesthetics, the office design enhances productivity while creating a vibrant and inspiring environment for the team.
