In 2025, Arena Consultants successfully executed the complete interior design for a leading chemical manufacturer specializing in coating resins and additives. The project spanned three floors and covered a total area of 14,000 sq. ft. in Mumbai. The objective was to create a future-ready environment that balances technical rigor with an inspiring workspace, aligning with the client’s focus on innovation and efficiency.
Lab Architecture and Interior Design
The laboratory architecture was designed to meet the highest standards of safety, usability, and functionality. The space features customized lab furniture, secure storage cabinets, pegboards for organized workflows, spot extractors, and high-performance fume hoods — all integrated to support complex chemical processes and material testing. The layout ensures logical zoning, contamination control, and seamless movement between stations, creating a robust environment for precision research and development.
Lab Office Architecture and Interior Design
Complementing the lab, the office spaces were developed to foster leadership, collaboration, and daily operational efficiency. This included a well-appointed MD cabin, an elegant conference room, modern reception area, breakout spaces, and thoughtfully laid-out workstations.
