This chemical lab and office space in Mumbai was designed to create a safe, efficient, and vibrant working environment. Spanning 3,000 sq. ft., the project was executed in two phases (2011 & 2014) with a 2-month design duration. The objective was to integrate advanced lab infrastructure with a productive office setup, ensuring both safety and functionality.
Lab Architecture and Interior Design
The laboratory was planned with a strong focus on safety and adaptability:
- Fume Hoods: Installed for effective containment of chemical fumes, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Modular Lab Furniture: Designed for flexibility, allowing reconfiguration based on evolving research needs.
- Pegboards & Eyewash Stations: Incorporated for safety and efficient workflow management.
Lab Office Architecture and Interior Design
Beyond the lab, the office and workstations were designed for maximum efficiency and comfort:
